From January 15 to 20, 2026, I had the chance to take part in a group exhibition at a New York gallery—something I had long hoped to do.

The opportunity came through the NY Art Incubation Open Call, organized by New York–based curator Kyoko Sato and art producer Motochi Adachi. It was a great chance to experience New York, one of the centers of contemporary art, firsthand.

The exhibition was held at Max Gallery on Broadway and featured 43 works. Most of the artists were Japanese, along with one Korean artist, who won the Grand Prize. In total, 37 artists came to the gallery in person.
